Pat Scott RN, BSN, CCM joined the case management team at Cairnstone in January of 2000. With over 30 years of nursing and case management experience combined, Pat is an integral part of the Cairnstone team. Pat has a through understanding of the TPA’s function in coordinating benefits for claimants. She credits her previous reinsurance experience for this. Working our underwriters and claim analysts on a daily basis, Pat reviews and evaluates catastrophic cases making recommendations to treatment plans and underwriting components. As a member of the risk management team, Pat’s goal is to build mutual relationships with TPA staff and enhance communication on potential catastrophic cases.
