Pam Hammer RN, CCM, CDMS joined the case management team at Cairnstone in 1998. With over 20 years of nursing and case management experience, Pam is a key player in the Cairnstone team. Pam works closely with our underwriters and claim analysts in reviewing and evaluating cases with catastrophic diagnoses. In addition, Pam secures strong relationships with our TPA’s and their Case Management Departments through daily communications. She assists with the identification of potentially high dollar claims and timely coordination of case management services. When dealing with a catastrophic claim, Pam will facilitate access to the various CairnCare professional partners for enhanced treatment outcomes.
