Paul is President of Cairnstone. He oversees all core business functions and strategic planning for Cairnstone. Paul was one of the company founders in 1996, opening nine of Cairnstone's field offices and recruiting the marketing staff for these offices. Prior to joining Cairnstone, Paul was employed by Alden Risk Management Services. In this capacity, he developed a consistent reserving technique for specific and aggregate stop loss, which is now the industry standard. Paul received his BA in Actuarial Science from Temple University and holds an FSA designation from the Society of Actuaries.
