Nathan is the Director of Managed Care Reinsurance and is primarily responsible for providing reinsurance solutions to HMO's and capitated healthcare providers throughout the US. He manages all aspects of Cairnstone's managed care program including marketing, underwriting, and claims administration. In addition, Nathan serves as the Regional Director for Cairnstone's Employer Stop Loss products in the states of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Nathan joined Cairnstone in 1996 to establish its managed care reinsurance efforts. In 2002, his reponsibilities were expanded to include employer stop loss.

Prior to joining Cairnstone, Nathan was Director of Risk Management for Alden Risk Management Services, one of the industry leaders in managed care reinsurance. Additional industry insurance includes underwriting and management positions with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Florida and LGS Insurance Company. Overall, Nathan has over 20 years of industry experience.

Nathan received his Bachelors of Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and has also received his designations as a Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI).
