Debora is a registered professional nurse who has been involved in the healthcare/insurance industry for over 25 years. Deb joined Cairnstone in 2004 as AVP of Risk Management with responsibility for medical management oversight and underwriting support. In 2007 she was promoted to Vice President of Claims and Care Management.

Prior to joining Cairnstone, Deb held the position of Director of Medical Management and Claims for BCS Insurance Company in Minneapolis, MN. She was also co-founder and Vice President of PAI, a benefits consulting firm as well as holding other management positions with a Third Party Administrator and Case Management firm and has performed expert witness work in employer stop loss litigations.

Debora graduated from the University of Vermont School of Nursing and has earned certifications in geriatrics and case management. She is a current member of CMSA and holds her producer license.
