David is the Regional Director of the Pittsburgh office. He joined Cairnstone in January of 1997 as a Stop Loss Underwriter. With his marketing and underwriting skills, he has been a key individual in the development of one of the company’s largest blocks of business. Prior to joining Cairnstone, he was a Stop Loss Underwriter with Highmark BCBS, where he worked on self-funded cases and life products. He has been in the health insurance and TPA industry since 1991. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University where he majored in Management.
