Bill began his career at Cairnstone in February of 1997 as a Claims Analyst in the Pittsburgh office. His close proximity to our clients, his considerable claims knowledge and his customer service skills have been a great asset to this office. Prior to joining Cairnstone, Bill was a Business Manager with Metropolitan Life’s Group Health Division, where he worked on self-funded as well as fully insured cases. He has been in the health insurance industry for over 25 years. Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University.
